How to Play
Matatu Pro with a standard deck of 52 cards (no jokers)
The Basics
1. You start with 7 cards.
2. Match the card on the table by Suit or Rank.
3. If you can't move, draw a card from the pile and play or pass turn.
Two Ways to Win
Empty your hand
Play all your cards before your opponent.
The Chopper
Play a 7 of the same suit as the "Base Card" placed under the deck to end the game instantly. You win if your total hand value is lower than your opponent's.
Special Cards
2— Pick Two
Opponent draws 2 cards or counter with a 2.
8 or J— Jump
Skip the opponent's turn. Play again.
Ace— Change Suit
Play on any card to choose a new suit.
7— Chopper
Only playable if your hand total is 30 or less.
